Old sewing machine needles ready to be tossed out. It was a very good year.
A fish swallowing (crochet) hooks.
Wise Craft CAL, joining of the squares now in progress.
Playing around with big hexies. It's just not speaking to me. I need to add or subtract.
Something. Not sure yet. Why am I writing in short chopped sentences?
New(to me) magnetic needle keeper from The Workroom. Now I don't have to yell "everyone freeze!" when I'm sewing and lose my needle on the couch.
Wishing you all a happy weekend!!!!
I love the random pictures. Especially of the "fish swallowing crochet hooks" and the new magnetic needle holder ~ that's really lovely. Aren't all the tools fun stuff?!!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend to you to Girlie!
What jolly coloured bobbins!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I am also feeling the need to get myself a magnetic needle holder- it would make my life sooooo much easier.
Great pics,
Have a lovely weekend.

LOL!!! Freeze!! I have said that way more than I should :) Love those bobbins!! The hexies are wonderful! The crochet is gorgeous. You definitely have your craft on!! Happy weekend! xoxo Debbie
ReplyDeleteI've had to yell "Freeze!" so many times! Magnets. Great idea. I'm loving the fish eating your crochet hooks, too. Fab! :)
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHAHA!!!! At least you yell as you know you lost a needle. Me? Someone else yelling lets me know I lost a needle. Thanks for the laugh.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend.
blessings, jill
Look at those bright bobbins! So much prettier than the clear ones we have here! I love the "everyone freeze" comment - I had to do exactly the same thing last week. The poor kids wondered what the heck was going on with their mad mother crawling around the floor. I really love your hexies - there is something so comforting about that shape. They look perfect.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous week - I can't wait to see what you get up to next!

Loving all those pretty hexies! Reminds me that I have a small hexy project on the go somewhere.....I hope it speaks to you soon, I would love to see what you make with them.
ReplyDeleteLooks a great and stylish idea for finding those dropped needles, and far less painful!
